Return Timeframe

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request for eligible items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be in the original purchase state (not altered or customized)
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Beard & Mustache accessories (hygiene reasons)

🔄 The Return & Exchange Process

2 Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.

3 Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
