All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Albuquerque, US. We proudly serve customers globally, though we’re unable to deliver to select remote areas in Asia and other regions. During checkout, you’ll be notified if we cannot deliver to your location.

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): 10-15 business days after shipment via DHL or FedEx
• Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 business days after shipment via EMS

Please note: Order processing takes 1-2 business days (slightly longer during peak seasons like Halloween or Christmas).

Currently, we offer the shipping options listed above. During peak seasons, we recommend ordering well in advance to ensure your costumes and party supplies arrive in time for your magical events!

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For health and safety reasons, certain intimate apparel and opened cosmetics may not be eligible for return. Please contact us with specific questions about return eligibility for your items.

Once we receive your returned items and verify they meet our return conditions, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
